  3. Please be informed that under the Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, you have the discretion to decide if you would like to provide to us with your personal information. However, we regret to inform you that you will not be eligible to participate in Trial Kit Redemption campaign should you decline to do so.
  4. By taking part in the Trial Kit Redemption campaign participants consent that any images, audio [including voices] and video footages, and / or likeness [“Materials”] taken may be used for publicity purposes by Brainman Holdings, and its affiliates.
